Next Stop: Iran

Iran has been a pain in the worlds side in recent years with the constant barrage of threats, warnings, hostile actions and then some, yet has covered it up rather well with their BS political outreach to liberals from across the globe.

Now, there is no more reason to ignore Iran as they now begin their most unnerving move to date: Enriching uranium at a level never before seen.

Following the resolution of many technological problems holding them back, they are now stepping up production and producing enriched uranium in large quantities, the International Atomic Energy Agency is reporting. The New York Times reports the following:

"In a short-notice inspection of Iran’s operations in the main nuclear facility at Natanz on Sunday, conducted in advance of a report to the United Nations Security Council due early next week, the inspectors found that Iranian engineers were already using roughly 1,300 centrifuges and were producing fuel suitable for nuclear reactors, according to diplomats and nuclear experts here."

Those sanctions sure worked well, huh? When is the rest of the world going to wake up to this threat? I become more and more concerned that it will take the leveling of an American city before we finally unite once again to deal with our enemies. It is a sad (and dangerous) position to be in.
